Academic records are maintained by the Admissions & Records Office. A transcript is a complete record of a student's academic work at Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura colleges.

Students will receive an email from diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com requesting their mailing address. To receive their diploma, students must open the email from diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com and follow the steps to enter their mailing address.
Notifications will be sent to your @my.vcccd.edu email when diplomas are available.
